I Calm Resort

The tub in the room didn?t have hot water enough to fill and stay hot. Took over an hour to fill running hot water only and even then lukewarm.

The room was clean and large. It was enough space for the family. Staff was very nice and helpful. Swimming pool was renovated and clean. Parking is available for guests in the garage below. Beds were very comfortable. The area was quiet during the night. Nice place for couples and family.

Breakfast is not a buffet. The set menus become boring after a few days. Beach in front of property deos not exist enamore due to renovation. Beach in South Cha Am is now replaced with concrete stairs that make swimming in the sea quite unwelcoming. For a beach one must go to North Cha Am which is 4 km away.

It is a good value with a pool and ocean view rooms. It is a bit far from Cha am center (even cha am has not much action, this place is way silent than many places in the area)

Stairs… for handicapped people there too many stairs to go to the lobby, restaurant.. there is nothing escape from the stairs. Also, in the pool there is a sudden slope that surprises you. There should be a warning or colored tiles .

A small seafront hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. While slightly outdated, it is well maintained. The services and food are good, making it a great place to relax.

Of course, what I find most unpleasant—not just here but in general—is the inconsiderate behavior of some Chinese tourists, who tend to be noisy. It can be frustrating at times to deal with it.

Very comfortable and spacious room with nice balcony overlooking the sea. The staff are fantastic, super friendly and helpful. We requested a topper for our mattress, as the original one was very firm, and they replaced the whole mattress for us. Breakfast was fine, if a bit limited.

The location is quiet (apart from the bar next door in the evening), so you really need a car to get around.

Very little choice for breakfast, I had the same breakfast for eight mornings.

The service and condition of my room was excellent, even the breakfast included was well done. Top notch place.

It’s not easy to get a bicycle or any other transportation from that location, but it’s at the end of Cha Am beach and is pretty quiet.

A peaceful quiet hotel. Not too far from the main town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Cant complain for the amazing price ?

The was a building site outside it was a bit difficult to come and go from the main door.

Very Comfortable stay, the staff were very polite and helpful. Our deluxe room was very clean and comfortable and the pool was lovely and clean everyday. The breakfast was plentiful though lacking options for vegans.

The big room, shower, and breakfast were very good. Hotel was super clean. Swimming pool was pleasant, in front of the beach. Customer service was top notch.

A bit far from all entertainments and restaurants. No Grab taxi available... only taxi that will double/triple charge you.

Very basic breakfast, tiles missing or loose in the swimming pool. Not any restaurants that end of town. Loud music & talking till at least 02.30 in the morning coming from the bar next door

Beach suitable for swimming in 15 min walking, but if you love to swim alone, its for you) on other side City Beach with crowds in 20 min walking.I

We had a lovely down stairs room. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Good choice of breakfast.

We still love I Calm and have stayed several times. It is, however, time to get the pool tiles repaired . Fully intend to stay again in the new year.

I like everything. The room is big and clean. The location is good. Quiet beach front and service is very good.

Homely Resort, good size rooms, attentive personnel. Delicious breakfast. Very good value for money compare to Hua Hin.

Towels were old, frayed and stained. Very remote location it was hard to get around without a car. Expensive taxi services from this area.

The room was beautiful and very clean, it had everything we needed and more, the bed was soooo comfortable and the aircon was nice and quiet, we loved it.
